Our Ready to Ship gaming computers typically ship within 3 business days of being ordered.
Custom Built Gaming Computers:
For custom built gaming computers, it may take up-to 21 days to build and ship your computer. This is subject to change without notice due to supply chain issues. Some custom-built computers may take longer to build. We will maintain communication with you throughout the build process.
Pre-Order Gaming Computers:
We may offer gaming computers for pre-order. This means we’re accepting pre-orders for a special edition build that may include a component that has not been released yet such as a processor, computer case, memory, video card, etc. We will display the estimated build date of the custom gaming computer on the product page. The estimated build date may change without notice. Once built, your order will ship within 3 business days. Pre-order computers are built and shipped in the order they’ve been received in a first in, first out model.
Shipping Notifications:
When your gaming computer is ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email linked to your account. You can also log into your account to view tracking details.
While there are many things Killstreak Gaming Company does to mitigate the risk of shipping awesome gaming computers around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of FedEx, UPS or USPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Killstreak Gaming Company is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and schedule it to arrive early. In some instances, due to weather or other uncontrollable events, we may have your product arrive earlier than requested to ensure that it arrives in good condition.
Killstreak Gaming Company is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email.
